okay, so out of this list who do you think is the best cartoon villain?

1. Skeletor from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
2. The Shredder from TMNT
3. Lex Luthor from Superman/Justice Friends
4. The Joker from Batman
5. Green Goblin from Spiderman
6. Megatron from Transformers
7. Cobra Commander from G.I. Joe
8. Mumm-ra from Thundercats
